Absolutely! You are more than welcome to bring your own food and drinks. If you would like for us to provide food or refreshments for the picnic, take a peep at our Add On Menu before completing your reservation (might we recommend a Grazing Board?)
We’re happy to source items as well if there’s something you’re hoping to enjoy, but don’t see listed on the menu. We’ve partnered with some great bakeries, local merchants and stellar cheese mongers to provide delicious offerings. Looking for Vegan or Vegetarian options? Just let us know!

Absolutely! We offer a Pup Package should you like to make their picnic experience a little more pampered. Please make sure to keep our parks clean, and pick up after them.

We’re based in Denver, Colorado and offer luxury picnic experiences in some of the city’s most beautiful and iconic parks. Our picnic locations rotate between City Park and Washington Park, allowing us to provide a variety of scenic backdrops for your experience.
We also proudly offer picnic setups at Chautauqua Park in Boulder—an incredible location known for its stunning Flatirons views and peaceful, nature-filled setting.
To ensure the best possible experience, we closely monitor large public events and park activity, rotating locations as needed to provide a more relaxed atmosphere and easier parking for our guests.
In addition to our outdoor picnic services, we also offer private experiences and in-home luxury picnic setups, perfect for intimate gatherings, celebrations, or special occasions. If you have a custom location or idea in mind, we’d love to bring it to life—simply reach out to start planning your experience.

Absolutely! Just shoot us a text or phone call 20 minutes or so before you need to depart, so we can meet you onsite before you head out. We make sure to have our contact info printed out and waiting for you at the picnic.
We do ask that you do not leave before we arrive, you are responsible for all picnic items until we arrive to the location. We love our fancy bits and bobbles and would like to hold onto them.
-
Not at all! We take care of the entire cleanup, so you can relax, soak in the moment, and fully enjoy your luxury picnic experience from start to finish.
-
We ask that guests arrive on time so that we may greet you and make sure you have everything you need. We are unable to extend picnic end times unless previously arranged, so if you’re running late it will be time lost from the experience. Late arrivals are subject to additional late arrival fees.
-
We do not offer refunds of any services. We know that personal circumstances can change so we offer the option to reschedule your experience with a 7 day written notice prior to your originally scheduled date. Rescheduled picnics must be within 60 days of the original reservation.
Weather Conditions: Rescheduling is permitted for unpredictable and inclement weather conditions. If the forecast predicts extreme weather conditions (temps below 40º, snow, rain) on the day of your event, you can reschedule the reservation to any future available date within 60 days of your original booking. Please reach out to us at least 24 hours prior to your reservation to let us know you wish to reschedule due to weather.

Yes—and no. While we’re unable to provide or serve alcoholic beverages, you’re welcome to bring your own where permitted. It is the responsibility of the client and their guests to understand and follow all alcohol regulations for the specific park or venue. Mon Ami Picnic Co. is not responsible for any alcohol-related incidents or penalties.
That said, many Denver parks currently allow beer and wine, but prohibit hard liquor. Please also note that glass containers are not permitted in most public parks, so be sure to plan accordingly.
If you have questions about your specific location, we’re always happy to help guide you!
